Your Play.
Your Privacy.
This Privacy Policy explains what information Ludomaze collects, why we use it, how we protect it, and the choices available to you when you visit our website or play our browser-based games.
1. Who we are and what this policy covers
Ludomaze is a digital gaming platform operated by Shree Parmeshwari Enterprises | SAPORIGO (“Ludomaze”, “we”, “us” or “our”). This Privacy Policy applies to ludomaze.com, its web-play pages, games, support interactions and related online services that link to this policy.
It does not automatically apply to independent third-party websites or services that may be linked from Ludomaze. Their own privacy terms apply when you use them.
2. Information we collect
Please do not send passwords, OTPs, complete card numbers, banking PINs, government ID documents or other highly sensitive information through an ordinary support message.
3. How and why we use information
We may process information to:
- deliver, maintain and improve Ludomaze games and website features;
- save permitted game settings or progress on your device;
- respond to questions, feedback, bug reports and support requests;
- detect fraud, abuse, attacks, technical failures and security risks;
- understand aggregate traffic and game performance;
- operate future accounts, paid games, CRAFT Games or transactions;
- send service messages and, only where permitted, requested updates;
- comply with applicable law, lawful requests and dispute resolution; and
- establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
Depending on the context, we rely on your consent, the steps needed to provide a service you request, legitimate and permitted operational uses, or compliance with applicable legal obligations. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent through the available preference control or by contacting us.
4. Cookies, local storage and similar technology
Ludomaze may use cookies, browser local storage and similar technologies for essential website functions, security, remembering preferences, maintaining game state and measuring performance.
Types that may be used
- Essential: required for security and core website operation.
- Preference: remembers settings such as sound, controls or display choices.
- Analytics: helps us understand visits, errors and feature performance when enabled.
You can delete or block browser storage through your browser settings. Doing so may reset locally saved scores, progress, preferences or game state. Where required, non-essential cookies will be used only after an appropriate choice or consent.
5. When information may be shared
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with:
- hosting, security, analytics, communications, support and technical service providers acting for us;
- payment processors or commerce providers if paid services are introduced;
- professional advisers where reasonably necessary;
- government authorities, courts or regulators when legally required; and
- a successor entity in a genuine business reorganisation, merger or transfer, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Providers receive only the information reasonably needed for their role and are expected to process it under appropriate confidentiality, security and data-protection obligations.
6. Data retention, security and international processing
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected, to meet legal or accounting obligations, prevent abuse, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Retention periods can vary according to the type of record and applicable law.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. However, no internet service or electronic storage method is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.
Some service providers may process information in India or other countries. Where personal data is transferred, we seek to use lawful mechanisms and appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.
7. Your privacy rights and choices
Subject to applicable law and relevant exemptions, you may request:
- information about or access to personal data processed about you;
- correction, completion or updating of inaccurate information;
- erasure of information that is no longer required to be retained;
- withdrawal of consent for future consent-based processing;
- resolution of a privacy-related grievance; and
- nomination of another individual to exercise applicable rights where the law permits.
To protect users, we may need to verify your identity and request before acting. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing already lawfully completed, and some records may need to be retained where law permits or requires it.
You may also disable optional cookies, clear local game data through your browser, or stop using the service. If you remain dissatisfied after using our grievance channel, you may approach the competent data-protection authority where the applicable law gives you that right.
8. Children’s privacy
Ludomaze games may be enjoyed by a broad audience, but children should use the service with the involvement and supervision of a parent or lawful guardian. We do not knowingly seek unnecessary personal information from children.
Where applicable law requires verifiable parental consent before processing a child’s personal data, we will seek that consent or restrict the relevant feature. We do not knowingly use a child’s personal data for targeted advertising or tracking that is prohibited by applicable law.
A parent or guardian who believes that a child submitted personal information without appropriate permission may contact us to request review and deletion.
9. Embedded games and third-party services
Some pages may load content, fonts, videos, games, analytics tools or other resources provided by third parties. Those providers may receive technical data such as your IP address and browser information when their resource loads. Links that take you outside Ludomaze are governed by the destination service’s own privacy policy.
If accounts, advertisements, cloud saves, multiplayer functions or payment services are introduced, we will update this policy and, where necessary, provide additional notice or consent choices before the new processing begins.
10. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this policy when Ludomaze adds features, changes providers or when legal requirements evolve. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective or “last updated” date. If a change materially affects how personal data is used, we will provide an additional notice where reasonably practicable or legally required.
